Lilly wilsted Photography – Photography Services

Welcome to Lilly wilsted Photography! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of photography services provided by Lilly wilsted, a professional photographer based in Southern California. By booking a session, signing a contract, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer fee of 25% is required to secure your session date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session / on the day of the session.

Sessions are not considered confirmed until the retainer is received and a signed contract is returned.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.

Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session within 60 days, based on availability.

If the session is canceled by the photographer due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or the session will be rescheduled.

3. Client Cooperation

Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their session.

Delays caused by the client may result in reduced shooting time without a discount or refund.

The photographer is not responsible for unsatisfactory images due to lack of cooperation, poor lighting at the chosen location, or other elements outside of their control.

4. Image Delivery

Edited digital images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the session date.

Final images will be delivered via an online gallery or download link.

RAW (unprocessed) images are not provided unless agreed upon in writing.

5. Editing & Retouching

Standard editing (color correction, cropping, etc.) is included.

Additional retouching requests (e.g., body slimming, extensive object removal) may incur an extra fee.

The photographer retains full creative control over the final look of the images.

6. Copyright & Usage

The photographer retains full copyright over all images taken.

Clients are granted a personal-use license to print and share images for non-commercial purposes.

Commercial use (advertising, marketing, etc.) requires a separate licensing agreement.

7. Model Release

By booking a session, clients grant permission for the photographer to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Liability

The photographer is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the session.

Efforts will be made to deliver quality images, but no guarantees are made regarding the number of photos or exact results.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Agreement

By booking with Lilly Wilsted photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
